As Construction Managers (CM), PMG serves as a dedicated representative of our clients, providing expert leadership, coordination, and oversight from pre-construction through final closeout. Because we do not hold construction contracts, our sole focus is protecting our clients’ interests and ensuring the successful delivery of each project.

Our construction management expertise is grounded in decades of experience delivering complex, high-profile K–12 school projects across California. These environments require more than technical skill, they demand sensitivity to educational priorities, community expectations and the unique challenges of working on active campuses. We specialize in minimizing disruption to learning while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality and transparency.

We apply Lean Construction principles and work fluently across multiple delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Lease-Leaseback, and CM at-Risk. Our teams bring clarity to the process by aligning architects, engineers, contractors, and inspectors around shared goals—resolving issues early and keeping projects on track.
