Program Management

We typically engage at the beginning of a program to help define client needs; Assess the condition of existing facilities; develop a budget; secure funding; and manage the overall programming, design and construction. 

PMG will advise the District on decision-making regarding cost, prioritization and scheduling. We will advise and assist the District on phasing, grouping and potential cost-saving approaches. PMG is also integral in the review of Bond timing and reporting. We work closely with District staff to ensure that the funding is in place and explore any additional funding that may be available. We will develop scopes of work and develop a master project communication plan incorporating project participants, including District administration, site personnel, the community, parents, and the website.
